Kamiya Seika, established in the early 18th century, served as a purveyor to the Kuroda family, the feudal lord of the Fukuoka Domain in the Edo period. In 1951, by using its reliable skills based on its history, the company succeeded in producing three-dimensional(sake-cup-shaped)Japanese-style cookies, before believed impossible.
