Hakata AreaTwenty-six years after the opening of our first restaurant in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture -- the home of grilled beef tongue -- we developed a chain of restaurants across Japan thanks to the wonderful support of our customers. Since the beginning, our trained chef has manually prepared each beef tongue one by one in marinade, letting them stay in the marinade for just the right amount of time to properly tenderize the tongue and to enhance the flavor. To this day, this is how our special and original beef tongue is created.
