[Fukuoka Tower] Notice of Temporary Closing for Renovation [January 4 – January 31, 2019]

Fukuoka Tower will be closed from Friday, January 4th to Thursday, January 31st, 2019 due to the first complete renovation since its opening in 1989.

■Schedule
Friday, January 4th - Thursday, January 31st : Closed
Friday, February 1st: Reopening after renovation

■Concept
“Create Fukuoka Memories at Fukuoka Tower” The new facility that creates lasting memories and excitements to all visitors coming with friends, families, couples, etc.

■Renovation Area
Observation floor/ Elevator hall/ Entrance hall/ Restrooms, etc.    

■Description of Renovation
Taking advantage of the characteristics of the seaside tower, the interior will be remodeled, where you can experience the “from the sea to the sky” plot. On top of this, the content in which you can find and experience the new Fukuoka while enjoying the sky and outlook of Fukuoka will be added. 

Additionally, with remodeled restrooms, newly-built nursing rooms, extensive multilingual signs, and so forth, the facility will become more comfortable for all visitors.
