200 LED Toro, Japanese lantern, on which you write a wish, will be floated in the air along the side of Hakata River. Staffs will guide you from Reisen Park where you set the lantern up, to the site where it is released into the air.

For those wish to make your own lantern please visit Reisen Park by 4:30pm on Oct 4. A limited  number of 200 tickets will be distributed from the time.
