EndedCentennial Anniversary of Two Great Men
As 2018 marks the one-hundredth anniversary of the great conductor in the 20th century,
Leonard Bernstein’s birth and the death of Debussy, programs focus on pieces of the two. The conductor is Yuki Kakiuchi who won in the Besancon conducting competition and is participating actively as the conductor of Sapporo Symphony Orchestra, and the soloist is Keisuke Toyama, so called the prince of the world of piano, who takes a part in “Fancy Free” as well.

The Kyushu Symphony Orchestra is Kyushu’s singular professional orchestra that performs extremely artistically with outstanding techniques. The Subscription Concert Ticket prices are half the regular price for international tourists.
